Naming these people beasts is kind. These war criminals are vile psychopaths who should be called a lot worse. I hope the Russians bring them to trial and punish them for war crimes. Russia should also bring back the death penalty for these monsters. This is the NAZI SS that never died in Ukraine. With the help of the US and UK these monsters were once again revived and allowed to commit these horrendous acts of pure evil. Killing unarmed civilians women and children in particular is thier MO. They are just pure terrorists which the west has cultivated ever since WW2 under Opertaion Paperclip which the Russians knew about. Ukraine has to be demilitarized and denazified in its totality never being allowed to raise its ugly head again
the link goes onto my facebook page immediately and X page and any other I can post to. It will go on every reply letter to govt departments as a 'signature' so that some anonymous clerk somewhere will see it and maybe take an interest... and I will blog it... )
These sophisticated photos of vile beings are always somewhat surprising because they appear so ordinary. We, the unpossessed viewers, can easily forget what inhabits them because it is so foreign to us. But that's the real battle, never to forget.
And there will NEVER, EVER be a word or record of this on western MSM. If it ever gets out it'll be another Bucha incident with the RF Army blamed for the murder of civilians.
One trained soldier is valued at more than 10 civilians. The maths is obvious.
Any attempt at a "big arrow" offensive is bound to fail. This is not WW2. You cannot hide tanks from drones. I am sure they have carried out many simulations on a board or in software and the result is always the same.
Look at what happened in Kursk. The invading force hardly penetrated 15km before being brought to a halt.
Russia's goal never was to occupy Ukraine and remove its political class. Russia thinks strategically.
By drawing out the war, Russia has largely demilitarised the armies of the West. Much of their irreplaceable equipment and munitions have been absorbed by the black hole of Ukraine.
The air power of the West has been proven - also in Israel - to be a paper tiger. The much vaunted "Patriots" cannot even defend themselves against missile attack.
By wiping out Kiev, Russia would not have been able to gain the support of most of the countries of the world. BRICS would have been stymied. Multipolarity would have failed.
The list goes on but I am wasting my time trying to explain strategy to guys like you.
You again are responding to points I did not make. The fact is, Russia was ready fromt he outset to sign almost any deal that got them out of the war. The Ankara negotiations and the secret talks that led to the Kursk suckerpunch are cases in point.
Anyway, we've been hearing for years that the West is out of munitions, but the West only continmues to escalate. As the the "strategy" of using one;s troops to soak up western munitions, well, time to look for Plan B.
"Mulitpolarity" as you call it, isn't leading to concrete results, and Russia doesn't have the support of the rest of the world. Rather, countries side with whoever they think is stronger, and right now, that is the West. A short, sharp, brutal blow would have gotten more results.
Your whole argument is just trying to retcon excuses for Russian indecision and dithering.
An "adequate force" to occupy Ukraine would have taken 5 years to build, assuming Russian public sentiment would have supported it, which it wouldn't have.
The West has lost Africa. Take a look at a map and compare Africa to what is left of "Ukraine". By focusing exclusively on tactics, you are guaranteed to lose the plot.
2. The WEst has not "lost Africa". Some rather poor and underdeveloped (even by African standards) countries have switched alliegances. If the West truly cared about this, they would not sit on their hands and yawn, but find some local compradors and stage coups.
It's not like they are averse to playing dirty, and have no problem finding willing collaborators.

Well, that’s quite infuriating and very disappointed to hear
Personally, I would wanna punch a hole right in their capital or threaten. Something as grave if they continue this cowardly behavior.

Our western governments are beyond vile.
There is a saying - " You can know someone by those they associate with ". behold the scum of the earth Western leadership & their likewise allies.
Which in turn raises the question of why Russia continues to pussyfoot around.

Had Russia used adequate force from the outset, the point would be academic.

Please yourself. It is boring dealing with someone who is unable to see the bigger picture. Bye.

Assumes facts not in evidence, like why such a force isn'tneeded now. Simple things like SEAD loadouts on aircraft would have helped.
