All this between US and Europe is a version of good cop, bad cop. This whole ruckus between US and Europe is pure theater for public consumption. It's more a question of a division of labour. Europe, EU takes on the Ukraine conflict and US move to focus on China. It is to be found in documents made by think tanks and official documents and statements. Brian Berletic talks about it on The New Atlas podcast. I think his understanding makes the most sense.

Russia should just walkaway from the U.S. and the West. And only interact with them as little as is necessary.

Trump isn't anything different from Biden. Trump has an imperialist, colonialist mindset. Remember he said that this will be a new Golden Age for America. He said that America's borders will expand. He's trying to literally turn Ukraine into an American colony and he wants to make Canada the 51st state, etc.

He still sees China as enemy no. 1 and he fully intends t turn hosyltile to Russia once he disrupts China.

The West is mentally sick

I think we have to be patient and not assume anything regards what the west says. Unforunately the Russians just have to accept a truth that they have been betrayed time and again. The hate is so palpable it is surreal. Trump was the first for supplying Javelin missiles to Kiev together with the rest of their weaponry. Economic sanctions began with the Obama presidency and continued under Trump and Biden. The US starts wars and continues till it begins losing people a story that has been repeated since immediately after WW2 . Korean War, Vietnam, Afghanistan 1979 and later 2001, Libya followed by Syria. A reason for me to have serious doubts about their intentions, we have to wait for their actions since actions speak louder than words.

You have Brian Berletic on his The New Atlas podcast giving his opinions on exactly this, supported by US think tanks documents and statements by US officials. I tend to think he is spot on about it. You can find it on YT. Posted just recently.

"In other words, any attempt by NATO to intervene in a military conflict involving Russia or to attack Russia will result in a nuclear strike."

I suggest that Russia's military doctrine will not be worded in that way. You never want a doctrine to tie your own hands regardless of the circumstances. It would be more advantageous for Russia's nuclear doctrine to state that, 'Any military conflict between a foreign power and Russia MAY result in a nuclear strike.' This would give Russia the choice to respond in whatever way it deems best.

Also, I believe that Russia already operates with that doctrine, even if it hasn't been codified. Certainly the USA nuclear doctrine does.

Yes I am growing extremely tired of living here with all these US Assholes In Ddistress.

I am tired of being hated as a Russian.

America is a garbage pit on a good day, we ain't allowed to treat each other with love else into to jail we go.

Why America has more people in jail that like the rest of the world combined

.

Tis a nation of haters, don't think the sixties changed nothing. They said peace love and war against Russia.

No love can exist in this evil America.

Pitiful place tis here, sadly unlikely to change ever

Then leave. Or, you know, help, light a candle, rather than bellyache.

The faults you find in others are the faults you find in yourself. Condemn others, you condemn yourself.

Your mother should have taught you these realities, and you should have learned them on your own if she didn't.

DJT may agree on almost all Russian terms as far as Ukraine is concerned. He may even accept some kind of removal of US long range strike weapons from the US bases in the neighboring NATO countries. Still, the US led collective West's irrefutable and recurring incidents of the past of deceitful behavior, unilateral retreat from the agreed and signed treaties and full disrespect of international law must be considered as top priority criterion when any negotiation is conducted with them. The US and the collective West has proven themselves as fully untrustworthy. So, the only way to assure that any negotiated and agreed points to hold long-term is to have military superiority, both conventionally and nuclear, and self sufficient strong economy that is not dependent on USD. The only way the US understands is nothing less than overwhelming power, and that's the key to any negotiations.

The imminent meetings over Ukraine between the US and Russia to be held in Saudi Arabia are analogous to the Paris negotiations between the US and North Vietnam which commenced in 1968. By 1973, when the Peace Treaty was signed, the North had militarily defeated the South and reunited the country. It will be interesting to see whether the Americans stall and prolong a final settlement of the Ukraine conflict. Like Vietnam; want all, lose all.

The petro-dollar must be saved at all costs, be the cost Europe, Ukraine or even Israel. Trump is wise to this as any investor would be. We all dream of being able to print our own money, wouldn't it be fantastic!

Putin has the power now to turn off that lovely printer in Trump's office or leave it on.

The petro-dollar gives stability to world trade, every country knows that. But, from now on, the US has to be a good boy and stop acting the bolox or their privileged position will be usurped.

Well done Putin and Russia, not only have you sacrificed your precious sons to save the world from doom and chaos, but you have chartered a course for world peace and prosperity through intellectually superiority of the financial markets game. Hoorah!!

Thank you. Never trust the zionized collective west which is under a heel of the banking cabal (the City/FedReserve) and fascist mega-corporations like BlackRock and Vanguard.

The tortures of the civilians by US/EU/UK-sponsored followers of Bandera must be investigated during Nuremberg 2.0 and the principal agitators for these atrocities ––Nualnd-Kagan, Blinken, Ursula, B. Johnson, Bogolyubov, Reznikov, Yermak, Budanov, et al –– must be imprisoned for life and all their assets confiscated to help orphaned children, whose parents died in the ziocons-designed war of aggression against Slavic people in Russia and Ukraine.

Absolutely. On substack, today, Kit Klarenberg posted on Gladio related matters and the central role of MI6 in recruiting and training nazi scum. This matter needs to be fully exposed and guilty brought to justice - wherever they are. London cannot be safe for them, ditto anywhere else in the collective west, as they will be harboured as after WWII and curated for further dirty duties. Frankly forgiveness can only come when justice is served.

Ties with Russia secured the Northern States against British intervention during the 1861-65 US civil war. That was one of the two revenges the Russians did on the Anglo-French coalition for the Crimean affair. The other was the founding of the German Reich in 1870-71.

I'm glad you mentioned the war crimes angle. To my mind that any agreement should be absolutely conditional on trials, whether through some form of international Nuremberg 2.0 or through the Russian court system.

I realize that an international tribunal would likely suffer from the bias of western courts, but couldn't it be done with Chinese, Indian, Argentine etc lawyers? I put it out there because I think Europe's brainwashed public need to be informed about what their taxes paid for.
