Thanks for the great work of translating real reporting for us. I look forward to reading some more of the long-form reportage (when circumstances allow for such things). I hope you will continue after hostilities "end".

I do have a question. Bearing in mind the various crisis points for the AFU, and its traditional role of "fire brigade" - where is the 47th Mechanised now? Usually they are doing media-friendly counter-attacks to stiffen the defence of somewhere about to become "strategically unimportant".

Mikhail:

The Magura brigade is probably being reorganized. It has already been repeatedly sent for reorganization due to losses.

In addition, the brigade's units may be attached to other formations and military units in different directions... therefore, information about the actions of the soldiers of this brigade (as well as others) may appear from various sectors.

Currently, there is practically no information about it.

The revolving door of NATO's/Zionists 47th.

Let's pray most are in hell.

I expect that some of their commanders are doing the devil's work in Donbas, Middle-East and Africa, tutoring the CIA & Mossad's next batch of faux-Jihadis.

Thank you for your great work. And aside from the frontline reports, I miss your opinion articles on any topic; I think they are excellent!

When overwhelmed with multiple daily reports from Palestine, your reports give me some solace knowing that Nazis somewhere are getting their due.

I think we are all horrified by the slaughter of untrained, barely armed conscripts for every victory, that losing country should have surrendered long ago - better yet, never attacked the Donbass after the coup, if the coup itself had to happen (It didn't, of course). Or taken the terms offered as soon as Russia showed it was serious.

Now they are conscripting the retired too. The mind boggles at the horror.

These are no longer the hardcore Nazis of the start; and most of those died in Kursk, along with their Western mercenaries. The surviving 'favoured' Nazi battalions are not the ones dying in the hopeless situations.

Just normal men and boys, who didn't get the opportunity and money needed to flee, either east or west.

The West turns everything it touches to shit. Very few are able to surrender anymore, and the horror will be with many young Russian men for the rest of their lives. At least they will HAVE the rest of their lives. And they will use that horror to realise what the West stands for, and to stand against that. But this one-sided slaughter should have ended long, long ago.

And it seems it may be just a precursor to worse horrors ahead.

I don't blame Russia or the Russians at all, they have to do what they have to do, and they are fighting against the Imperial nations. But the people dying did not cause this horror, nor the war-crimes against Russians.

May it end soon.

Thank you for inviting feedback and questions. Myself, I'm suffering from information/misinformation overload.

I don't know, but you may have too much incoming communication as well. Thanks for bringing the information to us in a straight forward format.

Thanks for all of your updates. I live in the U.S. and it is because of you and your translations and the maps that allow me to stay informed. The corporate media is not just biased but it prints outright lies and fabrications.

I just want you all to know there are many in the U.S. like me, who feel like the Russian people and the military are fighting for a just cause and we hate what our Govt. is doing. Stay safe and God Bless you all.

I follow many writers/analysts about the war and appreciate all the effort to educate us about it. However, I am also heart broken that the Russian (and Ukrainian) people are dying. How is the Russian society taking the war right now and is there help for the families who lose their loved ones?

Thank to the all team. Your work is more than appreciated and when it comes to reading the maps...no problem... I ameliorated through them my understanding of the cyrillic alphabet... Ahahah!

Thank you for your amazing efforts to bring us the news from the fronts.

In your Aug 6 "Message to the audience" you ask for questions. It is not just reading Cyrillic but the size of the names is very small text. Also, why not just add the English translation of the location mentioned in the text onto the map? It would be very helpful to us English speaking mono-linguals. Thanks

Mikhail has struggled with this a bit, because there is already so much text on ths map, but there is already a lot of English there. I asked Mikhail, and he started adding the English for the names of Rivers and Ravines. Unfortunately, it's getting incredibly crowded. These maps are created mostly for a Russian audience, so I'm grateful that Mikhail does what he can.

For now, just ask if you can't find something and I'll respond personally.

Perhaps a numerical flag to a table? A heading with map reference. I use Google's earth as it has both English and Cyrillic spellings.
