This slightly longer piece from Marat lays out the detail in all the communities currently contested and under siege. The enormity of the battle is overwhelming and once again I am grateful that all these disparate details are brought together. It appears that the Ukes are determined to leave the sacrificial soldiers as some sort of human buffer. Only their command and OP can answer for that. Thank you Marat for your tireless analysis. I now read your work late in the day to relax from a day of news. 🙏

Do you really think there are people on the opposite line of contact that are just continually getting their ass kicked? We need to leave already.

That would be common sense until you can figure out another plan

I was speaking from the first person, Ukrainian “we should leave already”. It’s time to be there. There’s no strategic sense in it, your losing personnel.

It's a small village. Like Moscow, Idaho or Paris, Texas. There is lots of name repetition in Novorussian settlements - for example you find at least two Uspenovka-s that are currently near front-line.
