I'm from ROK. The Pro-American, Pro-Japan Far Right South Koreans hate their own country and even be ashamed of the fact that they are Koreans. Not that the Left is doing much better these days. I think multiparty democracy as practiced in the US is the worst form of government and that we would be better served by a single party government consisting of a broad demographic of the country as opposed to multiple fractured sects fighting for their own constituents.
Cooperation over competition. Diplomacy and dialogue over military force. That's how Russia and China approached the question of the Korean division when the peninsula was divided. But the US and ROK wanted the problem settled militarily and brutally persecuted Koreans who fought for independence and peaceful unification.
I've studied the writings of Kim Il-Sung. He was welcoming of Koreans of all kinds and not just the Manchurian Communist guerillas who fought alongside him. He befriended foreign diaspora Koreans, capitalist businessmen, Christians, Chondoists, farmers, industrial workers, students, women's rights activists, intellectuals, artists, engineers, scientists, and even former collaborators who sincerely wished to repent of their betrayals.
Kim even was a Christian for a time and later became agnostic. He acknowledged the possibility of a God, but believed that it was ultimately man and man alone who determined his destiny.
Kim wanted Koreans and Americans to be friends. He didn't see ordinary Americans as his enemies and showed solidarity with Native Americans or Blacks suffering racism.
Kim believed Pyongyang and Seoul should unify under a Confederate Government in which both systems were intact, both agreed to downsize each other's military, and become a neutral and non-aligned country that would side with no great power.
By contrast, ROK wants unification under Seoul or not at all. It wants expanded American troop occupation and presence even after war is formally brought to an end. It wants to keep its alliances with America and Japan rather than normalizing and reconciling with its brother.
The ROK is a morally and spiritually sick and desperately confused nation without a strong sense of identity as to what it believes and why it exists. It hates the fact that it's beholden so completely to America and to Japan, yet it believes itself to be weak and forever dependent on the whims of its great power neighbors to protect it from an imaginary attack from DPRK and for food or energy.
The ROK is materially richer than its predecessor Joseon. Yet Joseon was historically, culturally, morally, and spiritually the far richer country.
Koreans of the Joseon Dynasty had a strong sense of brotherly love and united identity. They fiercely loved their country. In the fight for Korean independence, all kinds of Koreans from scholars to intellectuals to women to students, old, young, farmers, industrial workers, soldiers, policemen, Christians, Buddhists, and the like turned out in the fight to free themselves and build a nation by their own efforts and strength.
They would have succeeded and Korea peacefully unified, had Americans not intervened by installing a puppet traitor government of Japanese collaborators back into power, provoking the DPRK into attacking, and poisoning FOUR generations of Koreans into forgetting their identity and embracing their captors!
The heart and soul of Joseon was murdered. In its place, we have a capitalist malformation that is stuck in a Cold War of its own making
Question: Given the ongoing Russian offensive on almost all sectors of the front, how long in your estimation will it take to push the Ukrainians to the right side of the Dneiper? Do the Ukrainians have significant reserves to hold the line before the inevitable negotiations commence?
1. What do the blue curved lines linking a couple of trenches on your maps indicate?
2. Military Summary Channel reports that several Russian officers have been punished for claiming to have advanced further than they have. Why would they tell such lies knowing they must soon be exposed?
3. How and when do you expect Ukrainian resistance to end? Will it be a surrender by a still coherent central government, or will individual units retreat into towns and make what terms they can?
4. Why has Russia not supplied Hezbollah with effective anti-aircraft missiles, or allowed Iran to do so?
5. How many of the 100,000 men the Ukrainians claim have deserted, have really been killed or never existed apart from a payroll scam? How could individuals in a hole at the front 'desert' other than by surrendering?
6. Who will rule the rump Ukraine? If Zelenski changes his shirt and 'turns his coat' will Putin accept him as his representative, or will it be that politician who was jailed and then was sent to Russia?
I am amazed/fascinated/curious etc about one thing. Why do the conscripted Ukrainian fight??
I was conscripted by the Ukrainian government and then told to sit in a cold wet hole in the mud until my limbs were violently separated from my body. I think I would have a major gripe against the people that told me to do that and would look for every opportunity to sneak across to the Russian positions and surrender. Far better to sit in a warm Russian POW camp than get blown up for the cause of some "play the piano with my dick" comedian.
As soon as I saw your face I trusted you, instantly, totally. Don't recall that for a single Western journalist, ever. You are great at your job!
If the UK/West starts to support Zaluzhny in an "election" to replace He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, as Valerie is THE far-right, 'stay-behind' sabotage king, would he/his electoral 'selection', be acceptable as replacement? Or would Russia prefer to deal with the useless green-t-shirt clown?
Would the West regime change Arabia if MBS joins BRICS?
The port of Odessa is vital for the expansion of BRICS into Hungary and Serbia, as well as being a top NATO priority to directly threaten Crimea and Sevastopol again. Could the Kremlin leave such an asset behind, in any good conscience for all the blood already spilled?
How far do you think Russia will go to defend Iran, if the US turns all its guns on them?
What possible long term benifit could Russia gain from any negotiated settlement to the conflict in Ukraine, when the West will never honour any agreement but just delay to rearm and continue the conflict in the future? The east is rising having the largest populations with the fastest growing economies and Russia being the heartland of the world island connecting Asia Europe and Africa. Why would Russia again subordinate herself to the West when she can lead the global majority as part of a greater EurAsian African coalition of trade nations?
Do you think President Putin has done enough to stop the corrosive pervasive corrupting influence of the Jewish community in Russia that still afflicts UK US Canada France Australia New Zealand Germany
Now after few months since he replaced Shoigu , can you tell how things changed under Belousov? Another question, can you explain to Western audience how much power Putin has if compared to e.g Donald Trump?
What is the current situation in Kursk oblast? Lately there's been many speculations about Banderites' regaining previously lost positions and villages through counterattacks, although the Russian army has allegedly introduced around 50 000 new troops in the area. Marat's view would be much appreciated!
I am particularly interested in the Russian public opinion and that of the government when it comes to the post-SMO situation. All the trustworthy people that I follow (Mearsheimer, L. Johnson, The Duran, Diesen, Martyanov) predicts a “frozen conflict” since the Collective West and Ukraine will never admit to the Russian essential (reasonable) demands. Prof. Glenn Diesen suggests that maybe the territorial demands are negotiable—especially since Russia most likely will face lots of trouble (pocket-resistance and even terror) from some of the annexed oblasts. So basically my question is how to win the peace and not only the military operation?

Here's a tough question Marat.
Is Russia carrying out the same agenda as the UN Agenda 2030? Why?
I'll understand if you don't respond to this question.

may you explain the map symbology, thank you
Grammar correction to my previous comment.
Should be :
If I was conscripted
Not :
I was conscripted

What would be Russian response to Ukraine developing a small nuclear bomb and using it on Russian troops inside Ukraine?

Hello Murat, what is the situation with the arrest of the commanders of the 3rd Army and 7th brigade responsable for the Seversk front.
