Ukraine is as different from the midwestern US as is possible. Here in the midwest our towns are at least 30 miles apart and are anywhere from a population of 300 to 10,000 people. Our highways are 2 lane and miles apart and our interstates are 4 lane and they are typically 100's of miles apart. I am astounded that the ukronazi's were stupid enough to believe that they ever had a snowballs chance in hell of defeating Russia. It doesn't matter how many fortifications you have if the enemy has air power with bombs, to say nothing of their missiles. What is it about living in peace that is so damn difficult to understand?

What the banderites are fighting for? Their country has been sold to banking cartel and fascist mega-corporations already.

The American Oakland Institute study: "28% of Ukraine's arable land belongs to a mixture consisting of Ukrainian oligarchs, European and North American corporations, as well as the sovereign wealth fund of Saudi Arabia. The majority of Ukrainian agricultural holdings are owned by American NCH Capital, French AgroGeneration, German ADM Germany, KWS, Bayer and BASF, Saudi PIF and SALIC."

Barbara Bonte, a Belgian member of the European Union parliament: "Cargill, ADM, BlackRock, Oaktree Capital Management and Bunge Limited have reportedly gained control over much of Ukraine’s farmland."

In short, "U.S. corporate land grab in Ukraine underlies war with Russia."

Never underestimate the foolishness of the Great Unwashed Anna. The political/media/corporate elite can always depend on this . . . . . until they can no longer.

Do you remember Scooby Doo? If it wasn't for those pesky Russians, we'd have had the whole world in our hands. Jack-boot on neck and as John Bolton said, squeeze them till the pips squeak.

That Oskil bridgehead, is what would give me nightmares if I were Syrskyi. Incremental gains to broaden the base, diverse terrain to hide equipment etc...zapadne here, dvorichna there....what are they going to wait for them to take Kutkivka before they get serious?

Germans had a rule in ww2, if the russ had a bridgehead for +72 hrs forget it, its over, so the uks arent that dumb ( are they?) , but they better start earmarking forces etc., 45-60 days max, that area/sector is going to erupt like a volcano, kharkov being masked from the south etc...or hell take it....

Do I detect a military background here comrade? Way above my paygrade despite my self inflicted 8 promotions over the course of the SMO, I'm not sure what comes after Armchair General 4 stars; maybe 5.

Still I thought that the Ukrainian engineering unit, wiped out yesterday attempting to build hasty defence structures only 9km(?) from the frontline smacked of desperation.
