In the area of the settlement of Glubokoe, in the Liptsevsky section of the Kharkov direction, over the last week, the enemy tried to carry out counterattacks from their side of the reservoir, hoping to expand the bridgehead in the area of farms north of the village that they had managed to gain earlier.
To do this, in the area of the dachas of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they tried to accumulate forces, mainly from newly mobilized personnel and former prisoners. The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine prefers not to utilize the best trained fighters in these attempts. Although recently, officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already begun to be counted among those killed during the assaults.
In areas of deployment and concentration, our armed forces worked with FABs, greatly reducing their numbers there.
The enemy also made attempts to storm our positions by crossing the Travyanskoye Reservoir, which is 600 meters wide, on boats, but the landing boats were identified and destroyed.
The enemy himself lost the bridgehead on the farms; our fighters knocked the AFU out of there. Right now, the farms are a gray area where neither side has a foothold. However, the enemy can no longer use it for their counterattacks.
Soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces are discovering and destroying equipment, air defense systems, and ammunition depots in rear areas: FAB-1500 and 3000 strikes were carried out on the deployment points of the 92nd brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 13th NSU brigade in the area of Liptsy. ODAB-1500s also flew to visit the 13th brigade.
In the Volchansky sector of the Kharkov direction, the enemy became more active over the past week in the area of the village of Staritsa, where they carried out several counterattacks that were repulsed by the “Severyans” (the North Group of Forces). Soldiers from our army units inflict fire on the concentration areas of Ukrainian Armed Forces assault groups, which are identified by our reconnaissance groups. At the same time, units of the "North" group continue to consolidate and expand the bridgehead on the left bank of the Seversky Donets in the forest north of the settlement of Prylipki.
The enemy is trying to concentrate forces in the area of Sinelnikovo to attack ours on the left bank. The Russian Armed Forces carry out air strikes against these forces. Also, units of the 57th Infantry Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, located in the area of Sinelnikovo, were struck several times by TOS.
In Volchansk itself, over the past few days, our fighters have advanced in the area of the citadel, taking control of a number of buildings, and in the residential sector. As a result, the enemy, holed up in high-rise buildings, faced a critical situation. Our military took control of the routes for transporting ammunition and provisions there. Therefore, we can expect that the enemy will be forced to leave these buildings.
Units of the Russian Armed Forces also improved their position in the eastern part of Volchansk, the northern part of which increasingly resembles a closing trap for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The southern part of the city is constantly being bombarded by our aviation, delivering strikes with “gifts” on enemy locations.
Strikes are also being made against the rear areas of the AFU. Thus, in the area of the village of Barvenkovo, a depot with two stopped trains full of weapons and equipment for the 41st mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was discovered. The echelons were destroyed with Iskander-M, as a result of which the enemy lost, in addition to rolling stock, a significant amount of equipment, including Western-made equipment, and more than 200 personnel.
In the Kupyansk direction this week, our armed forces liberated two settlements at once.
The liberation of the village of Peschanoe allows our army units to take fire control of the Kruglyakovka-Glushkovka road and the crossing over Oskol, Kruglyakovka-Senkovo, which plays a critical role in ensuring the logistics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units located to the south. This is due to the fact that, to the south, the Oskol River is wide, and there are no bridges across it for a long distance, and this one that was destroyed was quite difficult to restore after attacks by our airborne forces due to its length. This crossing was hit repeatedly, destroying it. However, since the width of the river here is smaller than in the South, the enemy was able to restore access to the other bank in a fairly short time.
Between the settlements of Peschanoye and Kruglyakovka there are now about seven kilometers, and there are no other settlements or forests between them. There are only forest belts in the fields. Therefore, it will be very difficult for us to advance there over the open ground.
Nevertheless, the enemy is already complaining that our DRGs are operating in the area of the Glushkovka-Kruglyakovka road. Most likely, these are separate, reconnaissance groups carrying out missions, which already seems to be a hint of things to come. After all, establishing fire control in this area, and even more so taking control of Kruglyakovka itself, divides the Ukrainian Armed Forces grouping on the left (eastern) bank of Oskol.
In the village of Stelmakhovka, to which our units are approaching from the southeast and northeast, assault groups are already making raids on enemy positions located on the first street of the village. The eastern part of Stelmakhovka is fortified quite thoroughly, so it is not worth expecting that it will be taken soon. However, it is worth noting that this week another settlement was liberated - Rozovka (Andreevka), which is located across the Zherebets River, and, perhaps, the RF will now also go to Stelmakhovka along the right bank - to its western part.
In the Svatovsky sector of the Kupyansky direction, fighters of our units continue to liberate the village of Makeevka (its eastern part). Our military controls its southern half and a bridgehead north of the settlement. South of Makeevka, our fighters advanced along the ravine to the Makeevka-Terny road. We also moved towards the village of Nevskoye.
In the Seversky direction, the RF Armed Forces advanced from the village of Razdolovka along the railway to the village of Pereezdnoye. A video also appeared online of the planting of a flag by soldiers of the 123rd Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces in the village of Ivano-Daryevka, located west of Sporny. After which the Russian Ministry of Defense officially announced the liberation of Ivano-Daryevka. This is quite a significant advance of our army in this direction.
In the area of Chasov Yar, the assault operations of our units on its northern flank again intensified. The Orlova tract between Chasov Yar and Kalinovka came under our control, as did the eastern part of Kalinovka, along with the farms north of it.
Separate assault groups are already working on the western bank of the Seversky Donets-Donbass canal in the area of the western part of the Orlova tract. Our fighters also advanced to the village of Grigorovka, which was less than half a kilometer away. Our military's drones are already tracking down and striking at equipment moving in the area of the bridge across the canal on the road to this settlement.
There is reason to believe that the trains destroyed in the village of Barvenkovo were intended both for transfer to the Toretsk direction and, in particular, to strengthen the defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Chasov Yar, since its fall opens the way to the Kramatorsk-Slavic agglomeration.
In the Pokrovsky section of the Donetsk direction, control on our part was expanded in the area of the Vozdvizhenka settlement and the Lozovatskoye settlement was liberated. South of Lozovatsky, our fighters advanced in garden plantings, forming “pincers” there and forcing the enemy to retreat.
We took control of the settlement of Progress, after which an exit opens in the direction of Mirnograd and Pokrovsk on one side, and access to the area of the Karlovskoe reservoir on the other. Thus, our armed forces reach the enemy’s defense line Kurakhovo-Selidovo-Pokrovsk.
Fierce fighting is taking place in Novoselovka Pervaya. The enemy has pulled in reinforcements and is trying to dislodge our fighters from their positions. In the northern part, fighting is taking place in the west of the village. The enemy still holds the southern part (except for the southern farms in the east).
The fighters of our units, advancing in the fields south of Novoselovka Pervaya, cover it and move towards the road to Kamyshovka, along which the main supply of the Armed Forces of Ukraine goes, since the road to Zhelannoye is under our fire control.
In the area of the Karlovskoye Reservoir, over the past week our units have advanced to the Donbass cottage community, located on the northern shore, and, according to some reports, our soldiers are also establishing themselves in the forest belt near the Domakha beam on the other side of the reservoir.
Our soldiers are also approaching the Kurakhovo-Selidovo-Pokrovsk defense line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Krasnogorovka area. In the city itself, after the AFU were knocked out of the central park area, a small part of the residential sector remains under their control in the north-west of the city (if we consider only the main, compactly located part of the settlement).
According to messages on the enemy’s own network, the 79th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was withdrawn from Krasnogorovka, having suffered heavy losses there. The enemy is hastily digging in behind the Lozovaya River and in the area of streets located northwest of the main part of the city, where they can still get out of Krasnogorovka. Moreover, even the Ukrops admit that this is not being done with the goal of deterring us, but only with the goal of delaying us as long as possible.
South of Krasnogorovka, our armed forces broke through the defenses of Maksimilyanovka, entered the settlement and gained a foothold in its eastern part. Fighting is taking place in the center of the village. At the same time, in Georgievka, located to the east, the enemy partially holds the northern street near a headquarters, where enemy strongholds are equipped. The liberation of Maksimilyanovka will allow our troops to reach the village of Kurakhovo itself.
South of Georgievka, the Russian Armed Forces advanced a little in the fields, knocking out the enemy from strongholds in forest belts.
In the South Donetsk direction, the Russian Armed Forces are carrying out air and artillery strikes on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of the village of Konstantinovka. There are no active assault actions on our part here now. The attention of our units is directed to the Konstantinovka-Ugledar highway, to which our military has advanced in several sections. There were also two attacks along the ravine with access to the road itself to the south of the village of Vodyanoye. Advancement in this area is hampered by enemy observation equipment installed on the towers of the Yuzhnodonbasskaya mine. And in the last week there has been an intensification of our drone strikes on the territory and buildings of this mine.
Our DRGs are actively operating on the Konstantinovka-Ugledar highway, and it is itself under the fire control of our units.
Why RF forces did not open a new front from Milove to the south, following the right bank of Oskol river, forcing the Kupyansk formation to abandon their positions?
