Brief report from the front, August 28, 2024

Donetsk direction:

In the Pokrovsky section of the Donetsk direction, the Russian Armed Forces advanced in the Novotoretskoye area.

Moreover, not only did they occupy the territory south of the headquarters, but they also reached the right bank of the Kazennyi Torets River east of the settlement of Mirolyubovka.

In the settlement of Grodovka, where our soldiers entered as a result of an assault from the south, the units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces retreated during the battles for the Zhuravka River.

In the area of ​​the settlement of Nikolaevka, where the clearing of the enemy continues, the Russian Armed Forces took under fire control the Mirnograd-Grodovka road, along which the enemy garrison is being supplied.

The settlement of Novogrodovka is almost completely under the control of our units, but the enemy still remains in the area of ​​the mines.

The enemy has been driven out of the settlement of Marinovka, and an assault on the settlement of Selidovo has begun from the side of the Rossiya (Kotlyarevskaya) mine waste heap, where our forces have dug in on the eastern street.

During the fighting, the settlement of Memrik came under the control of units of the Russian Armed Forces.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces are moving out of the settlement of Karlovka in the direction of the settlement of Galitsynivka, and, judging by the pace of our advance, Galitsynivka may also soon "lose its significance."

In the Krasnogorovka area, our soldiers are making their way west of the settlement along the railroad.

Northwest of the settlement of Maryinka, stormtroopers captured a stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

South Donetsk direction:

Recently, the Yuzhnodonets direction has also come to life. As a result of coordinated actions, units of our army drove the enemy out of the settlement of Konstantinovka. Our flag was installed on one of the buildings on the western outskirts of the village.

To the south, the Russian Armed Forces reached highway 0532 on the section from Konstantinovka to Solyonenkaya ravine. In the area of ​​the settlement of Vodyanoye, the control zone along the highway has also been expanded. There are also reports of increased fighting west of Pavlovka.
